Shipping

Where do you ship to?
We use USPS, FedEx and UPS for all orders so as long as it's an address they can use, we will ship it! We currently ship within the United States only.
 
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping is free for orders over $75. All orders under this minimum will have a $5 flat rate.
 
When can I expect my order?
We're a small shop and we do our best to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Transit time will vary by location and range between 1-3 business days.
 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to love our product, but we understand it may not be for everyone. We have a 100 Day Guarantee Policy. Write, plan, conceptualize, create. If you are not completely satisfied with your notebook, we’ll issue you full refund. We recommend you try our notebook for at least 30 consecutive days. This allows your mind enough time to adjust to a new system.

What are your return fees?
Return labels are not provided by CNCPTS Made and are are non-refundable. Once your return is received, a refund will be processed by Shopify onto your original form of payment within 5 - 10 business days.
